ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system requirements
ISO 45001 (formerly OHSAS 18001/EVS 18001) is a standard that sets out the basic requirements for a modern occupational health and safety (OHS) management system. Compliance with the requirements of the standard is often a prerequisite for tenders and cooperation with international companies. Meeting the requirements of the standard is not in itself difficult. It is just a matter of finding the right solution for your organisation and understanding the content of the requirements.
ISO 45001:2018, the Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Standard, issued in March 2018, is intended to replace OHSAS 18001:2007 and EVS 18001, issued by EVS.
The Estonian version of the ISO 45001 standard was translated by TJO Konsultatsioonid on behalf of EVS.
