LEAN Managers Development Program
7 practical seminars are designed to provide information, knowledge and practical, hands-on expereience to use different LEAN techniques.
The program is targeted to LEAN managers and specialists such as continuous imporovment managers or kaizen officers, but also general managers and production managers are most welcome to participate.
Each seminar provides an overview of a specific area or technique to increase effectiveness and efficiency of an organization. The program is filled with real-life samples from LEAN organisations (photos, videos), practical exercises, discussions and exchange of information. The program consists of the following trainings:
- The first training gives general overview and the rest are concentrated on specific topics. Lean manufacturing training program and will have an idea to reduce waste in manufacturing processes through continuous improvement, creating value and flowing smoothly according to the demand signals. Program covers topics like Toyota production system, 8 wastes (muda), value added and non-value added activities, push and pull production, etc.
