Aim of the efficiency program is to realise the inner improvement potential by implementing different practical solutions indicated during analysis phase.

Objective is to contribute to increasing productivity by eliminating waste, organizing production workflow, cutting costs and shortening lead time. We help producers to become more competitive.

Our experience

Our team has extensive experience with helping organisations to raise efficiency, cut costs and shorten lead time. We can help with analysing, identifiying bottlenecks in production or service flow. We use different methodolgies and tools (LEAN, 6 Sigma, quality and problem solving techniques etc) to solve root causes of problems.
